2. Processing Operation Process
Put Material Into The Device—Material Into—Locate The Material Automatically—Head On Down—Fasten The Cylinder—Bending—Loosen The Lock Cylinde—Head On Up— Material Jack-up—Remove Material By Manual。
3.Description for bending machine :
The bending machine is one machine structure, consists of base framework/ positioning device/ two unit bending arms and electrical system.
Base framework: made by proximate matter after welding and Vibration aging treatment.
Positioning device: locate the material automatically, equip locating device in X axle and Y axle.
Two unit bending arms: install on the base framework and moving along the linear guide way to adjust the distance between each other.
Remodel: change the distance of two unit bending arms by manual; change the bending molds by manual.
Each bending arm consists of compress device/ bending device/ lock device and mold swing device, powered by air cylinder.
The electrical control system use Mitsubishi PLC, set two control type: Manual or Auto.
Using touch panel to control the equipment with function of fault display and alarm.
4. Safety Protection
Equipment not operation side all set plexiglass + aluminum alloy cover protection, organic glass cover is designed to slide type structure, can ensure that maintenance debugging equipment.
Equipment operation side set safety grating, ensure work safety operation.
